Privacy & data handling

The audit asks about your agency name, team size, ATS/CRM platform, job boards, texting/voice tool, automation tool, and how your team uses them. If you choose to receive a report or follow-up, we also collect your email address and any notes you provide.

Your answers are used to generate the scored assessment and recommendations shown on the results page. If you provide an email, we may follow up about your assessment and — only if you request it — discuss implementation help. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud (Supabase), hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. Access to submitted leads is limited to authenticated RecruitScope administrators.

The wizard saves your in-progress answers in your browser's localStorage so you do not lose progress if you refresh. This data never leaves your device unless you submit the lead-capture form.

Email submission is optional. You can complete the entire audit, view your results, and print or save as PDF without providing an email address.

To request deletion of your submitted data, email hello@bethegoodmarketing.com with the agency name and email address used in the assessment. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
